All of our merchandise is inspected thoroughly before we purchase the item and re-inspected at stock and before delivery. We take pride in making sure our customers recieve thier purchases defect-free. All of our products on this site reflect the closest image and colors possible. All returns will have to be returned to Oneidas, and the products value will be fully refunded or credited to your account, at customers preferrence. For exchanges or returns you can write to us via email at oneidas_cutomerservice@yahoo.com and your request will be answered within 24 hours on weekdays and on weekends/or holidays within 48 hours or you can speak with us immediately at our Live Chat & Customer Care page and provide us with the information of the product so we can provide you with an exchange or return number that you will need to include with your exchange or return. Without the exchange number we cannot exchange the product properly. We will exchange the item for the same one, or refund the total value amount of the product, except shipping. If for any reason that item is sold out, then you may choose a different item for an equal amount in value or you may receive your refund or credit. Every product has a 15 day exchange period, please provide the purchase information when referring to an exchange or return.
